TYLER BROWN
Tyler R. Brown, MAI is a Managing Director and the Head of US Real Estate Valuation for Barings LLC. He has been with the firm since 2003 (formerly Cornerstone) and is responsible for the quarterly valuation of all US Equity investments and their associated liabilities. Tyler is also the Chair of the quarterly Debt Valuation Committee for US Core and Structured Finance loans, and serves as a Committee Member for the quarterly valuation of European Equity Investments. Tyler is a Member of the Appraisal Institute, a past Chair of the NCREIF Valuation Committee and holds an MS in Real Estate Investment Analysis from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
