NCREIF's Jeff Fisher will be joined by Erik Gilliland, Executive Director Performance Reporting with USAA Real Estate. They will discuss the key trends in the NCREIF index (NPI), cap rates, occupancy and growth rates for rents and NOI. They will discuss how these trends have been impacted by rising interest rates and concerns about a recession as the Fed continues to fight inflation. Although NCREIF does not forecast returns, the data may provide insight as to where the market is headed for the rest of 2022.
