NCREIF's Jeff Fisher will be joined by Margaret Harbaugh who is an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Real Assets. They will discuss the key trends in the NCREIF index (NPI), cap rates, occupancy and growth rates for rents and NOI. Using the data collected on leveraged properties, they will also discuss how the rise in interest rates has impacted leveraged returns. Although NCREIF does not forecast returns, the data may provide insight as to where the market is headed for the rest of 2022.
