While NCREIF Analytics does have similar data, it takes the data to the next level in turning data into information. The information is often provided in visual charts and additional performance indicators are provided focused around risk, operations, revenue and expense and many others.
NCREIF does offer training for all the NCREIF Analytic Reports, including the Market Revenue and Expense Report. Training can be on a one on one basis or a larger training can be scheduled for a group of individuals. Most training is done via a web meeting, but in some circumstances onsite training can be organized.
