NCREIF has several standing committees that focus on specific disciplines within the real estate investment industry.
NCREIF members meet two to three times per year at NCREIF conferences and other meetings, and committee meetings take place during those events. Committee papers, workbooks and other materials are produced between in-person meetings as well by subcommittees and task forces.
Although the Standing Committees are formalized, any member may participate in any or all committees that interest them.
Participation in committee sessions is valuable for educational purposes, as well as having a voice in the industry through the annual changes to the NCREIF PREA Reporting Standards (RS).
